how to remove that server information link from users control panel?

For the package that you assign to users, find the "System Info" option and uncheck it.

1. Login
2. Click the "Reseller level" link on the right
3. Click the "Manage User Packages" link under Account Management
4. Click on the name of the package
5. Find the System Info option and uncheck the box to the right of it
6. Click Save

Another option is to not enable it when you create the user. That way you don't have to go back and disable it.
