renew ssl not working

Hello
I have a problem with ssl connetion of my DA login page.
The letsencrypt ssl expired yesterday, However I try to renew based on this instruction: https://docs.directadmin.com/webservices/ssl/service-ssls-and-le.html

I have already deleted certification files in /usr/local/directadmin/conf .

I would be appreciate If you help me how to resolve this problem.

What was the outcome of the instruction?
And did you exactly did it like it says there, or did you replace 'hostname -f' with your hostname, for example 'server.domain.com -f' with the quotes or something?
Is your hostname still a ip.adr.ess.da.direct hostname? If yes, it would be good to change it to a real fqdn hostname.
