Renewing account issues, I think.

I hope someone can help with this.
I went to bring up my site and files to find out that nothing would load. I believe I've narrowed it down to DA. The only thing I can think of is that my account expired, even though I think I did it for lifetime.

Ive seen two error messages,
1) server timeout, and
2) This account has been suspended.
Either the domain has been overused, or the reseller ran out of resources. (FYI, I did change the A Record in my registrar's DNS settings when troubleshooting, before getting error #2.)

The thing is, is that I haven't been receiving emails like I see in other posts. I'm only working from my iPad since the laptop crash and don't have access to old emails. (It's also possible that my old programmer set it up, but I'm pretty sure I kept control and did the lifetime.)

...I found the renew page, but don't have a clue of what my uid or license id are. Man, I hope I was the one to purchase it!


So, what do I do?
Who do I need to talk to?
Also, are any of my files or settings lost? I would think not.

In addition...

Also, before bringing in that previous programmer, we made a sub-account in DA so that he wouldn't have access to the main. Maybe that's where the issue is. Maybe that account is the one that has expired? ...Off to see if I can remember the main login info.

Still looking for help.
