renewing the IP , problem with direct admin

hallo, yesterday we had renewed the ip, of our server, on which we had bought and installed direct admin, about 2 months ago.
after renewing the ip, direct admin doesnt works.
if here is anyone to help me to change my ip in your database??

yes i know that i have.
we sent 2 mails from the persons who bought direct admin.
what time does it takes to fix this problem?
and whats the time to answer on our mail as usual, from "direct admin" support side?
