replied emails on the same subject comes as a seperate mail --how to fix

Hi All,
if you use squireelmail or roundcude , all replied mails on the same subject shows as a separate mail in both logins.This is the problem, where as in gmail it sorts and display in 1 message with all history starting from 1st mail of the same subject.

How to fix this in DA?

the other question that i ve is How to disable 1 email account of a email domain , DA doesnot have that option, Either we can drop or change the password of that email id.

DA cannot fix it since they do not write or maintain squirrelmail or roundcube. You need to write to those organizations.

If you want it to look like gmail then use gmail and not squirrelmail or roundcube.

What you're asking about is called a threaded view.

The squirrelmail wiki says that squirrelmail supports the threaded view if your imap server supports it. And gives instructions on how to implement it.

Beyond what the wiki says, I have no idea; if it doesn't just work after you make the required configuration change you might want to ask on a squirrelmail venue.

I haven't checked for roundcube; if you prefer it you can Google for yourself :).

If your server isn't using Dovecot for imap, you should update; it's a much better server than the original imap server including in DirectAdmin.

And yes, it does support the imap thread extension.
