[REQUEST] CC welcome email to our email address

Hello,

Not sure if I can currently do this with DirectAdmin or not, but I'd like the ability to automatically CC or BCC DA's welcome email to our staff email alias. That way our technical people can have passwords for troubleshooting. Is there some way to do this?

My opinion:

Not necessary as DA allows the admin to login to customer accounts without having to know the password.

That is a very nice feature... Of course that means your techs have to be given admin access...

But hey, you're trusting them to login to a customers account.

Anyway, if there's a problem with an account then the tech just needs to ask the customer for the password. Besides, the customers can change their passwords so, the tech may have to ask anyway.

Just my penny.

DA always CCs me a copy already... it sends it to the admin address, marked as 'Creator Duplicate:'.

You could setup some kind of filter to forward those emails to the rest of your techs. It's not necessary for them to have user passwords though, and to be honest, I'd strongly recommend against it.
