[Request] Filemanager addon

Hello,
I'm having problems with 'apache' created and uploaded files (owned by apache).
They have a different owner so the users can't delete it via ftp.
Is it possible to enable directadmin file manager to delete files owned by apache if the user want to do it?

Why? If the files are into the user public_html?

That would mean DirectAdmin would have to run at elevated privileges, while it currently only runs at the user level of the logged in user.
