Request for internal License

I have ticket #26363 pending for internal license for last few days. No one is responding.
 
Sales is open Monday to Friday 9 to 5 mountain time.
 
I meant that you could call them or email them. In your client panel do you see internal licenses as a choice? if yes cant you just buy the internal and cancel the old one. There is really no point in posting that stuff here either as we are not Support or Sales.

We have also been corresponding by e-mail but I have just responded to your ticket as well. Please note the requirements for internal pricing because we are no longer freely giving it out, to prevent abuse of this :)
