[Request] Notes Section in Admin

I think that a notes page in the admin section would be very useful. Perhaps just a page with a single large text box that writes/reads from a single text file in raw format. This would be useful to leave notes for other admins, maintaining a to-do list, reminders, and other important information.

What does everyone think?

Of course each admin has his/her own complete login, so this would have to be maintained for DA and DA would have to manage the rights.
