Hi

I have a True Seperated Mail Server as an additional service for some customers. It works fine wih DA.

Anyway, some users have more than 30 emails a/c and it's difficult for the admin to know in advanced which user's mailbox is nearly full.

I may be don't know DA has this feature or not but it seems the week poin of DA is that when any mail box is full, no one will be informed until the customer call me and ask very popular question:

"This ... a/c is not receiving any mails for more than 2 days (up). Please ....."

Mailing to such users is not a good idea as it will increase emails to problematic free emails like hotmail / gmail /yahoo. If the system send emails too much they will block our mails as a reward.

So, self checking email usage featurs is really more appreciated. A user must enter his email a/c and email checking password (not emais pop/smtp password) to see his own usage.
This will need more "Checking Emal Usage Password" to the email a/c creation. Admin must give username, password, checking password to all users.

I always have this problems more and more every week.

Thanks & Best Regards

I think DA should also be able to send out a notification-email to the mailbox in question when it is, let's say 80-90% full, just like it does when an account reaches 80% of its bandwidth or data limit.

Although an issue might arise when a mailbox is say for 79% percent full and the notification-email isn't triggered yet, and someone sends a huge 50MB email, putting the mailbox over its 100% limit and it stops excepting emails, so also DA's notification-email.
