Reseller cron backup

I'm running VPS with Directadmin and CentOS5.

Currently I handle my user backups with reseller level cron action. The problem is that every time the cron runs, backups are rewritten.

I'm wondering is it possible to make user backups appear in directories like: 1-15-2011?

It's done like that in full system backup. Maybe someone could help?

No its not possible. You would have to write a script to do it.
