Hi,

How is it possible ?
I have deleted a reseller with users... And now, I have some difficulties to put as before.

=> ok, I am stupid, delete a reseller was not a good idea. But he has to be without user, except I forgot one. (Svg of this one is 2Go ... Lost all data from this morning for him)

=> Is it possible to had a functionnality, to avoid reseller delete, or move user to admin.

So we do not lose anything.

Hello,

It won't likely be changed in terms of having it do this automatically for when a Reseller is deleted, (for example) as this would mix Users from different places making it difficult to see which User was previously owned by the Reseller, and which was owned by "admin".

However, if you need to move Users to other Reseller or Admin first, then you can do so with:
Admin Level -> Move Users between Resellers

Regarding accidental deletion, this is why backups are important.
DA also does ask to confirm that you really want to delete the Reseller before doing so, so just make sure to not confirm this too quickly.

In any case, I'll add some extra text to make sure it's clear that when a Reseller is deleted, all of his Users will go with him.

maybe a simple capthca would help ... to approve the delete ,and prevent drunk admins from doing nasty errors
:)

or prompt the admin to type the word " yes "

Confirmation before deletion is not the best idea ! Because I was sure I have no more user in this reseller account.

For management of IP : it's impossible to delete or change IP, if there is a user with this IP.
So why not for reseller account ?

And backups : yes, I restore backup of my reseller account, then, it delete the user account ! And I can't imagine such thing ! One day lost for user.

Before restoration, I try to move user to another reseller, but not possible, the user does not appear.

So it is not an important thing, but just avoid so stupid deletion ! Ask for deletion of users first, or at least, show the list of current users, and delete them in the same time than reseller. And a big big WARNING
