I want to share an experience with people who will face the same problem and save them a couple of hours headache.
I had a problem when I use Reseller Level -> Manage User Backups.
The problem was that DA could not add all neded files to the backup, and said nothing in Message System. I have looked at /var/log/directadmin/errortaskq.log and seen error messages such as:
Unable to write /home/reseller/user_backups/user/backup/domain.com/email/passwd
Unable to write /home/reseller/user_backups/user/backup/domain.com/email/quota
Failed files has been different from user to user. And this failure does not happen for all users.
I have noticed that user with backup problems was about to fill their disk quota.
The problem has been solved, when I increase disk quota of failed users.
Because I use Reseller account to backup, I thought that user's quota is irrelevant. But, I was wrong, it is relevant.
