Current SPAM filter feature of DA is for the users only.

A reseller may want to filter some words globally for all user accounts to prevent server from unnecessary load of CPU, bandwidth and disk usage. But configuring or updating a SPAM filter for each user takes a lot of time.

A "reseller wide" SPAM filter feature would be nice.

This is neither easy, nor even straightforward.

Why?

Because the spam filter is by domain (not by user) and doing it at any other level would require a system which would have to keep track of each domain under each reseller to know where to apply the rules.

Hello,

Global spam blocking options can either be done for SpamAssassin, here:
/etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf

Or if you want simple word filtering, use the:
/etc/system_filter.exim

which scans everything as it comes in.

Be careful when using word filtering; be sure to use spaces to avoid catching part-word matches. We recently had a client who couldn't figure out why the account specialists at his company couldn't send email to each other or to anyone else at the company.

They were blocking cialis.
