reseller: login as user automatically

I have a problem with a reseller of mine, he can not login automatically as a user he owns. I can't do it either in the reseller demo of directadmin.com so perhaps it's not a problem but a way of design.

I always login as my admin user and then search for a user and then click on the button 'login as user X' and I am automatically logged in as user X. If i try that with the account of my new reseller I'm not automatically logged in but I get the login screen. This way a reseller must know all the passwords of their users so a problem rises when a user changes his main password on his own, now the reseller can never help the user out.

Is their a way to make it possible for a reseller to get automatically access to his users?

The reason you can't log in to the end user is because DirectAdmin only saves one extra level of login privileges. If you login directly as a user you should be able to do that for any user on your system.

If your reseller logs in as reseller he should be able to login for any of his user. To check this get your reseller's password and try logging in directly as the reseller (not admin first) and then try to log in as his user.
