Reseller moved to another server

I've got a reseller, moved from one server to another.... took his backups from the original server and uploaded them to the new.

When they restored, they restored as regular user accounts (listed as "owned" by the reseller) - but NOT in the reseller account. They're separate standalone domains, not accessible through the reseller login.

I've read the threads about converting users to resellers, but can't find anything specific about associating a user account to an existing reseller account.

I'd prefer to NOT wipe out these accounts and manually recreate them - is there any CLI that can do this association?

Have you sent an email to DA support?

They generally read the forums a bit later in the day.

Hello,

Backups are all only of Users. If you want to restore a Reseller and his User data, you must first create the Reseller account and then restore the User backup for that Reseller. It should then fill up his User data into his Reseller account.
