Reseller not notified about suspension due to bandwidth.

I am admin, reseller, and user. I should have noticed that bandwidth was going over limit, but in any case it did, and there were no emails sent or notices in the message system. Reseller email address is correct and I checked spambox. I have gotten email when user was suspended, but it seems odd there was no notification at the suspension of a reseller.
