Reseller subdomains

Hello,

On my server I have a reseller user that want's to create a subdomein on his website. But as a reseller, he doesn't seem to have a option to control de subdomains for his own website?

Could someone help me with this issue?
The reseller-package of the reseller has unlimited subdomains.

Is the domain under user level of his reseller account or did he create another user to put the domain under?

Hi, i have the same problem here. I have a reseller which owns www.domain.com. When i setup a subdomain ( subdomain.domain.com ) it won't work. By this i mean, if i go to subdomain.domain.com. My browser cannot find the subdomain.
