Hi, i'm using directadmin version 1.23.0 on fedora core2.

I have a problem, where it seems that a reseller user was partially created. Here is what happened:

1. I logged into directadmin and under the "Admin Level" access, i clicked on "List reseller" and then "Create reseller".

2. I entered the username and other required information to create the reseller and clicked the "Submit" button. However internet explorer seemed stall on connection to the server and directadmin eventually returned a "Time Out" message.

3. Tried creating a new reseller again using the same username i was using before, but directadmin reports that the username is already in use.

The username however does not appear in the reseller list. I am of the opinion that this user was only partially created, so the question is: How do i go about deleting this partially created user?

Thanks in advance for any help on this problem

make sure the user does not have a directory in /home
And then delete the user's files from /usr/local/directadmin/data/users

There might be entries in on of the list files in the /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin directory as well.
I believe their reseller.list for reseller users user.list for users etc..
