Reset Ownership?

Hello,
I have to Reset Ownership of like 4000 files.
Is there anyway to do all of them at the same time?
Cause now I am just clickin the 'Reset Ownership' button on
every file which is like 3 hours of work...
Hopefully there's something.

is files in /home/user/ folders and beneath this you want to change them?

just so its a little more clear, in File Manager, bottom of screen, there is a place to set the permissions to what ever you want, and a "tic" box that says "Recursive" that will set the same permissions to all files

The question was not about permissions but ownership. And resetting ownership only works on apache owned files and directories.

The Recursive checkbox at the bottom is only for permissions. The Reset Owner button at the bottom is not associated with that checkbox.

The Reset Owner button will reset recursively for all checked boxes in the file and directory listing.

The Reset Owner link in the row for the file or directory will only reset for the that one file or directory. The Recursively link beside it will reset the owner for that one directory and all the files and directories under it.
