I need to rest my password to login to directadmin.com/clients there is no reset password automated system. I also have emailed support and sales. Replies are long awaited.
I have been trying to talk to someone in Sales/Support/Billing for the past 24 hrs. No responses back. I am a monthly paying customer. I expect some responses or an automated password retrival for something so important if they can't answer their emails.
If they have not replied to your email within 24 hours then that means they have not received your email. That is why I gave you the link. That link bypasses all email systems. Why you think that link is dead end I have no idea. If you have spent any time here on the forum you know that is the page they use when people have trouble sending them email.
polo, write them again through the link and let them know you're not getting replies. Ask them to respond through the forum. Try a private message to DirectAdmin Support in these forums.
