Resource limits under CMD_ADMIN_STATS

What do you want to limit? Current Usage? Allocated?
"Current Usage" is how much resources are used currently by all the accounts.
"Allocated" is how much resources you allow to use within your hosting packages. So modify your hosting packages or create a separate reseller with limited resources, and reseller will be able to sell only what (s)he has with disabled overselling.
