restore backup not working

I have two news vps with DA, and in none of then the restore backup function is working. I've tryed at the admin and reseller level and also with a local file.

any help?

Can you explain more? What kind of errors are you getting?

With the reseller backup restore you should create the reseller manually before doing the restore.

Hi Jeff,

I don't know if that makes sense.

but the problem was solved when I downgrade from the zend optimizer 3.3.0 for the 3.2.8, in both VPSs.

the problem was:

when I go to Manage User Backups -> Restore Backup -> Step 1: From Where and type the user ftp settings and click in update files, DA is not readind the files in the ftp account.

thank your interest in helping, I was moving 3 VPSs and I was without time of updating here!

Yes, there appear to be some bugs in zend optimizer 3.3.0.

it was also making installatron links do not work.
