Restore backup via command line

I try restore via Direct Admin but this never end.
22 GB is a whole lot. How long did you want? Because this can take a really long time depending on system resources.
Also check if it's the database that is so big, otherwise you can restore website and stuff without database if it's a user backup.
After that you can extract the database from the backup and restore it via SSH.

Can't help you with total manual restore of the complete backup, never done that, but maybe there will be more reply's from others for that.
 
When i try import via admin i have error like this:

Unable to extract the directory 'backup' from the file /home/admin/admin_backups/admin.tar.gz as user name

File '/home/admin/admin_backups/backup.tar.gz' was 23288279040 bytes in size, as read by root.

Error with system Quotas
setquota: Mountpoint (or device) / not found or has no quota enabled.
setquota: Not all specified mountpoints are using quota.
