Restore /home/tmp problem

Good evening,
For a few weeks now, I have had a problem in restoring users with the following error message:

Backup::ensure_backup_readable: error setting owner of /home/tmp/admin.w5SO8kDsDS47aZoKQwmp3WJyikXOuMDr/user.admin.hifloat.tar.gz: Cannot find file
The file /home/tmp/admin.w5SO8kDsDS47aZoKQwmp3WJyikXOuMDr/user.admin.hifloat.tar.gz doesn't exists or is an invalid path
"

Can anyone help me?

The directory exists and has permissions 1777

are there any files? is there enough disk space?

If I try to do a manual restore, i.e., directly from ssh with ftp I correctly download the compressed file into the /home/tmp directory and then restore from the downloaded file works correctly.
If I try to do everything from the directadmin, however, I get the reported error.

is DA updated? maybe you have some customizations in directadmin.conf?
