Restore Issues

Hello,

Any help would be appreciated. We had a drive fail and moved everything over to a new drive using the list of folders to move here http://www.directadmin.com/paths.html and we ran the permissions script http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=173

Everything looks good when we login to the panel, services are running and all data is there but the websites are not loading. Example http://www.craftbeerguy.com

Any suggestions on what the issue may be?

I have reset ownership on files in the home directory.
