Restore of user breaks SPF record

If we restore a user with an SPF record that incorporate third party includes, in particular for M365, the restore process removes it breaking email flow. Has anyone else seen this?
 
Chek your restore options near "Restore with SPF values from backup. (unchecked: Use local spf values)"
