restore success after deleting account

Hi There,

I had two customers who asked for a restore of their site and data.
When i overwrite the existing data with the restore function Admin Backup/Transfer their problem with their site remained.
When I do a restore after I remove the accounts from the customers from the system the sites are functional.
Could it be that not all files are overwritten by a restore?

Hello,

When you restore an account Directadmin does not delete anything. DA extracts files and overwrite any file while extracting if it exists in a target directory and a backup.

So probably there are files in a directory of the sites (but missing in a backup) which make a site not functioning properly. It might be corrupted .htaccess file or whatever else. For more information you'd better read web-server logs.
