restore user error user already exist

Hello, I migrate directadmin to new server, all user migrate succesfully except 1 (more important ).
This user are on private ip (I add it to IP Management) But when I want restore this user to new server I have this message: user stbarthfwi already exist

I have del this user from my new server and restore it again, same result.

Can I desactivate user vérification for restore user if user already exist, or can you tell me how I can do thanks.

Are you using multi-server feature? The user is present on a server linked to your main with multi-server feature?

No I not use this feature.
I make backup of user on my first server and restore on second

How did you manage to remove the user? From DA panel or from ssh? Have you checked that the user has really been removed?

When I restore it on second server and see this error I remove it by DA panel.
I verify home dir, and password file and not see user.


I don't understand, All other users are restored successfully.

I find the problem
I transfert some file from my old server to new and not remove domain's name of this user inside, after remove restore work fine, sorry for disturb
