Restore via FTP in 1.37 !

Hi There;
we have upgraded our 3 DA servers to 1.37 with darwin skin.After the upgrade, we can not restore any users from our ftp backup server on three of the servers.Even we choose "restore from ftp" and enter the correct credentials, none of the files on remote server are displayed in stead we get no data to show messages.I can ftp to the remote server from SSH, so it is not a connectivity issue.Did anybody try restoring user(s) from remote backup server after upgrade to 1.37?Any known issues, bugs so on??

So just move them over with scp and then restore from the local copy.

thx for the reply.That is what I have done already, but the thing is it used to work in 1.36.2 with same settings.I wonder if there is a bug in 1.37 about this.That is why I have asked if anybody tried restoring via ftp after 1.37.
By the way, I have tried changing the skin to enhanced (using darwin as default) and it didn't solve the issue as well.
 
I have done this to watch the directadmin logs.
Code: 
tail -f /var/log/directadmin/*.log
and hit the update button.
nothing than the http get messages.
