Restored accounts only viewable at admin level

Hello Guys,

I setup a new server today and restored about 1000 accounts from the old server to it.

The restore completed but with this error for around half the accounts "User username exists on the system but is not in your User list".

Whats odd is the accounts are full functional and i can see them all at admin level but not at reseller level.

What would you suggest is the issue and how can i solve it.

Deleting and restoring the accounts again is not an option.

What method did you use to bckup/restore?

You can rebuild your user list; search these forums.
