restoring a backup

Hello,

I want to transfer some clients from an reseller account i have with company X to my own directadmin server and restoring. I get the following error (no details are given):

Error during Restore

Both servers are using DirectAdmin version: 1.26.1. Has anyone an idea what could be the problem. I made the backup with DirectAdmin on the reseller account. On my own server I did make a reseller account with the same name as I had and I did try to restore it using the restore option in DirectAdmin.

Possibly a file ownership or permissions error?

Move the file(s) out of the resseler account.

Then create a backup from that reseller (of nothing, of course ).

That'll show you the proper permissions and ownership.
