Restoring accounts from Cpanel

I have follow the guide at ajsjasj to move accounts from Cpanel to DirectAdmin, my problem is that most of the accounts owned by a reseller ends owned by "admin", which create a huge problem when the old server is down and the reseller do not have a list of the owned accounts.

There's any way to recover the right ownership of those accounts?

I guess that's late since I don't have the backups anymore, there's any other way to fix it now?

Only if you have access to your cPanel box (to get the list of resellers and their accounts). Similar for loop could be used for mass-move then. Otherwise you'll need to use "Move Users between Resellers" feature on admin level to do this manually.
