Restoring backup -> Missing signatures in Roundcube

Hello,

We're transfering / migrating accounts from an old server to a new one. In DirectAdmin we create backups and copy them to the new server. Through DirectAdmin we're restoring the backup file. It gives a message that the files are restored succesfully.

After loging in to Roundcube we saw the Identities that were made in Roundcube are missing. So the name, signature and so on are missing even the normal settings like "Compose mail as HTML". Beside of that even all the contacts are missing. So it looks like DirectAdmin backup does not backup these settings what is a bad habbit.

Someone any idea how this happends or better how to fix?
 
Odd, my fault. I missed that update I see on one server. The latests transfers where from that server and had an older DA version. Thank for pointing me to that release note.
 
how can i create backup ?
This thread refers to standard admin & reseller level reseller backups.

If you're a server administrator or a reseller you follow the links to create those backups, from your account login. If you're a client of a hosting company you should check with your provider.
