when i restore a backup on a new server(use the ip from the list, <new ip>), everything seems to work ok, backup is being restored, only when i go to my reseller, show all accounts, select the just restored account, i still see the old nameservers in the account details
when i go to dns administration, i just delete all the records, manually add them with right new ns servers
then go back to the account details, modify users, then manually edit NS1 and NS2 to the new dns
back to dns administration, and then theres an error:
peugeotgticlub.nl NS ns1.eska-hosting.nl. <--
peugeotgticlub.nl... NS ns1.eska-hosting.nl. <--
peugeotgticlub.nl. NS ns2.eska-hosting.nl.
the 1st and 2nd entry is wrong, 1 doesn't contain an . at the end, 2nd it contains 3 points at the end.
I have to edit the dns again by hand to correct it
am i restoring a backup in a wrong way?
