Restoring backup to new server (new IP)

Hi guys,

How can I restore userbackups that were made on a server with a different IP address? I am moving users between servers but I get an error because I do not own the IP address.

Hello,

When selecting users which you want to restore on admin/reseller level there is an option to select IP adress, so you just need to select a desired IP address.
