Restoring backup

Hello guys,

If I will create backup userA with signle domainA (contain only emails accounts with emails data) on serverA and then
restore this backup on serverB for userB where I have domains: domainB, domainC (contains emails accounts, domain data, database).
Does restore add domainA to list domainB and domainC or remove domainB and domainC and then add domainA
