Restrict Users from Changing PHP Memory Limit

Hi All,

How would we restrict users from changing their PHP Memory limit (i.e. via .htaccess, ini_set(), php.ini)?

I can see hosting customers taking advantage of that freedom and setting it to some sky high level, especially with E-Commerce sites like Magento.
