Return path envelope data incorrect

Ok, I'm stuck.

I've got a user that has an issue mailing to Comcast - that part I can deal with, I think.

The headers of the return email show this information

(bc09132.bocacom.net) is the machine name ... not the server assigned name


I'm guessing there's got to be a config issue thats been overlooked, tho this server has been online for several months - and the issue is just appearing.

Anyone have any ideas where the @bc09132.bocacom.net is being pulled from? It's not the server name, thats set as wwwXX.hostpc.com bc09132 doesn't exist in directadmin.conf - nor in exim.conf

First you say it's the machine name, then you say it's not the server name. You've got me confused.

It's probably the reverse dns for the server's IP#.
