Hi,

I'm running Windows XP Pro and i.e. 7.0.5730.11 to access DA. I have also had this issue with i.e. 6 as well.

I should also point out that, on occasion, I am able to successfully access DA using the same system/method.

The url I am attempting to connect to is:-

http://www.designmanor.co.uk:2222

After logging in successfully, not all of the icons draw successfully.

Selecting any object returns me to the login.

Logging in with my uname and pwd then displays the link I requested originally.

Selecting another link returns me to the login.

Logging in with my uname and pwd then displays the second link I requested.

(and so on).

I have spoken to my isp and they assure me I'm the only one with this problem.

Can anyone please offer any advice for a humble user?

Additional info: I am running Zone Alarm Pro - but I have disabled this after a restart and still reproduced the issue.

Regards, Paulo.

Could be your security settings in IE. Have you tried the same with Firefox or SeaMonkey browsers?

Hi. Thank you for the question.
Yes. I have tried other browsers and get the same result.
I have also tried changing my security settings until there's basically nothing left (without success).
I have tried adding the url to the trusted sites in Zone Alarm Pro (this did not work either).
I have enabled and disabled pop-ups (in case there was something blocking an icon in there).
Privacy = medium-high, Security medium.
Any other suggestions regarding this issue appreciated.
Regards, Paul.

Hi,
I should also add that I AM able to successfully access and use DA at a different url to that mentioned using the same system/settings.

Is it your own copy of DA?

If so, then you might want to look at the DA logs to see if there are any errors.

If it's not your copy of DirectAdmin you need to contact your hosting company for support.

a customer of me is having the same problem even though it works fine for me. Obviously there is a problem with the settings of his computer.
