I have a problem with sending email messages to customers who use there own mailserver in directadmin.

All the other accounts working properly.
It is only with two customers who using there own mailservers.

Please can someone help me?

>More information
My own account is on the same server as the domain from the customer.
The customer is using his own mailserver. I will try to send him an email but i get the message:
Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender
I think exim is looking for local accounts and cant find them. But doesn't send them to the mailserver from the customer.

Kind regards,
Marnix

Turn on DNS management for the account in question if it's not already on. Then login to the account and check the MX Records screen and fix the information as necessary.

Afterwards you may turn off the DNS management for the account if you wish.

I did not realize DeTaaz had edited his original post. It does not show up as new when I log in.

The box for Local Mailserver is probably checked.
