Reverse DNS - AOL problem

Good day,

I'm using Godaddy since my website's name was reserved by them. I'm just pointing the nameservers to netjaguar.com

I've noticed that the users of the website belonging to AOL.com can not receive mail from the website because AOL requires that all connecting Mail Transfer Agents have established reverse DNS.

To whom should I request having the reverse dns be fixed?

Thanks in advance

Hello,

Generally, you have to contact your datacenter as they usually have authority over the lookups on your IPs.

You can test to see what nameserver has authority by typing
Code:
dig -x [b]1.2.3.4[/b]
where 1.2.3.4 is the IP you are checking.
