Revert back from 1.667 to 1.666

A week ago I updated DA to the new 1.667 version but I noticed 2 days that it’s downgraded to 1.666, if I look at the updates in any states, it giving to show 1.666 instead of 1.667. Why is it revert back to the old version?

It is most likely you do not have a correct upgrade channel set. Please make sure release channel is set to beta (as 1.667 is in beta now): https://docs.directadmin.com/directadmin/general-usage/updating-da.html. Otherwise auto-updates just update to latest version of DirectAdmin available in release channel you've chosen.

All channels are showing 1.666, I checked them all.

Maybe you are running CentOS 7 or other RHEL 7 like system? Starting September 1st RHEL 7 systems is EOL and no longer use update channels - stable, current, etc. There is only one version available for the RHEL 7 systems which is DirectAdmin 1.666. Once DirectAdmin 1.667 is released to the current update channel we will release it for RHEL 7 systems as well. However it is most likely will be the last release for RHEL 7 systems.

I am running Ubuntu 18.04.

It is the same for Debian 10 and Ubuntu 18. I would recommend upgrading to Ubuntu 20.
