I need someone to kindly post where i can obtain the generic root directory files, as nothing can be done without the system folders/files (cgi.bin, domains, etc)

(nothing was backed-up and i c no restore option, as to reset to factory default)

What do you mean by the root directory? Did you delete the /root folder, the / folder, or a folder located in a user account?

not the user folder, since each domain has its own folder, for which it has its users. I mean the utter and complete root folder, the one containing everything, such as all the systemfiles required by directadmin to carryout any operation. I go on file manager, and on its first page, there is absolutelly nothing...

Remotelly helps, still hoping someone with an undeveloped site can simply "get" or download the site in its inital state, since it wouldn't compromise them, and in turn, help a fellow directadminster =) by getting them to me...though it is prob a little too much to ask =(

That makes no sense at all. The files needed by DirectAdmin cannot be seen with File Manager anyway.

If you are logged in as admin and go to File Manager and you see nothing then all the files in /home/admin are deleted. The same is true with any other user. This has nothing to do with system files for DirectAdmin. The system files for DA are located in /usr/local/directadmin

If you deleted system files for DA then you would not even be able to log in to see the File Manager. So it doesn't sound like you are missing system files for DA.

Do you want to try again and tell us what you are missing?
