root /home directory not working!

I have a server set up with HostFresh.com at http://202.71.251.193/ and they installed DirectAdmin for me, however I cannot access the IP or get my domain to function.

I can upload files to the server using FTP fine and access everything in DA okay, however, both my IP and domain name I set up, colobackups.com, do not work.

I logged into the server using SSH, and tried to navigate to the root /home folder, however, it gave me this message.

Permission denied.
Error code: 3
Error message from server: Permission denied
Request code: 11

I have an unmanaged server, and the support staff pointed me over here.

Looking at www.dnsreport.com, I see there are a lot of DNS problems with your domain name. This could account for a lot of the problems you are having.

As far as accessing http://202.71.251.193/ either apache is not running or you have a firewall blocking port 80 on your server.

If you ssh'd into the server, unless you su'd to root, you shouldn't be able to see a whole lot in directories owned by others.
