Rotating ip addresses

More and more people are using cellular networks to access the internet. Some of these carriers change ip addresses with every request. This makes accessing a DirectAdmin control panel impossible. Is there something that be re-written so that the session is not tied to an ip address?

I highly doubt you can share sessions between multiple connections. Thats why you will need a "Remember Me" type feature where it remembers your username and password.

Each time you connect with a different ip it will be as a new session is created.
