Roundcube - blank e-mails

One of my users is having an issue on Roundcube with sending e-mail to different addresses. When a message is composed and it gets send, the message shows (for example in GMail) withouth any content. So the message is left blank.

When the mail is send 2 things can happen:

• The e-mail is blank when received. So no content at all
• The e-mail is received with blank content but it has an attachment "mime-attachment.dat" The attachment can be opened with Notepad++ or some other editor and shows the content in HTML

I'm not sure what is happening here, but any one knows what this could be? I'm happy to provide more information if needed!

If this only happening when sending to Gmail? Or also other providers (normal ISP's and what about hotmail)?
Have you checked your logs including roundcube?
Anything special about the mail since this is only happening to 1 user?

It happens to Gmail as far as i know, i have asked the client to verify this.

Also mentioned was when creating an e-mail and saving it as a draft, then opening it again after a while would show up a blank mail and all the Text disappeared.

Client contacted me yesterday, but this issue happened in march and the logs dont go that far back so not sure if anything was logged. Asked them again to also notify me asap as it happens again.

If for some reason someone else encounters this issue and has a fix i'm happy to try
