Roundcube Error

Hello

I could not open the round cube through the DA. Getting following message. Please advise me to solve this issue.

Cannot Execute Your Request​

RoundCube missing direct_login option. Please re-install RoundCube.

Did you reinstall roundcube? It asked to reinstall roundcube.

Solved - Roundcube direct_login broken after update v 1.63.0

Since update to v 1.63.0 my Roundcube direct_login is nolonger working. I have tried the following again https://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=2115 But it still has not worked. When I click on login I het the following error. Cannot Execute Your Request RoundCube missing direct_login...

Thank you very much for the link. Now my problem has been solved. I used the following method to solve my issue.

cd /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/
./build set_fastest
./build dovecot_conf
./build exim_conf
./build roundcube

 

[sysdev]

Not sure if it's related, but a number of customers with different client setups report 404 errors when trying to login into roundcube, either via DA or directly at /roundcube/. Others, me included, experience no error at all.
