Roundcube problem - Server Error: UID SEARCH

I have a problem on two client mailboxes. Namely, the indexing of received messages does not work. When we search for a topic in roundcube I get the following message:
Server Error: UID SEARCH: Internal error occurred. Refer to server log for more information.

Has anyone had such a problem?

Is there any way to re-index the mailbox?
