Roundcube, Squirrelmail n phpMyAdmin 404 not working

I've install my DA using Custombuild 1.1 and after fail I've try 1.2 . I can access my client website, but can't access the roundcube, squirrelmail and phpMyAdmin

OS: Centos 5.2

I've tried a few suggestion and try direct access

http://202.190.180.224/phpMyAdmin
http://vps.zenpipe.com/phpMyAdmin

the error
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /phpMyAdmin/ on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


I've tried a few tricks inside this forum, but still no output .

[root@bee www]# pwd
/var/www


I chmod html to 755 to fix it.
